Providers must hold valid licenses and certifications required for their service, deliver services professionally, and comply with all applicable laws. Providers are solely responsible for the quality and safety of their services.

5. Credits & Payments

Credits purchased or earned may be used to unlock provider contact details. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

Trusted Home Nurse is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or services provided by third-party providers.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
